JULIA GmbH
After more than 20 years of partnership between Julia Utensili SRL and Peter Bader GmbH, Julia has decided to strengthen its presence in Germany by acquiring 100% of the Peter Bader GmbH shares. Starting from 2 May 2019 the new company name is Julia GmbH.
Julia Utensili is today the largest producer of circular saw blades for metal cutting. This goal can be achived thanks to the quality of the company’s products and the high level technical support whitch will be enhanced by Julia GmbH’s direct presence on the market.
Julia GmbH will maintain its headquarters at:
Albert – Einstein – Str. 24 D-42929 Wermelskirchen.
VAT number and all company addresses will be unchanged.
